FW: Internet Marketing Firms Ranked - July 2006

Questions:
 
Should a company that is taking money for advertising/services also be the same one that "ranks" those companies? Are there companies on this list that are not paying this company? If you "unplug" your Internet Marketing Strategy, isn't it disabled or does it have battery backup? Are these rankings for July or August? And WTF is "SEM Hosting"? Is there "SEO Hosting"? (hris
