We have managed more than 600 link building campaigns to are for all Top SEO companies. Before telling you about our process and pricing structure I would like to mention you the problems that outsourcing Companies facing now a days with link building companies here in India, these are based on my experience;
- Attrition Rate- Most of the Outsourcing companies have this as a major issue. You may have come across many companies that give you completed task with many links missing and they never tell you about this. My experience says by the time these guys complete say 100 links campaign around 20% links disappeared. This has leads companies to think else about Indian Link Building Companies. We are devoid of this factor and have a sound plan to give client the exact number which they ordered
- Relevancy- This is the factor on the basis of which ranking and traffic depends! If you are giving links in a "Garden site" where as your campaign theme is related with home decor, does it makes sense? The linking companies here are giving such links. Once they close any deal they think of how to complete task soon so that they get full payment. For them clients sustainability is of least importance than earning short term benefits. We never work this way, for us client sustainability is the prime factor and we know if we don't give client relevant links client won't remain with us for a longer time.
- Time Frame- This is the area where most of the companies make empty promises. Would you believe that any body gives 200 or 2000 links secured manually in a month? this is not possible and if anybody is making such promise it would never accomplish. Link building should be a systematic process and should be done with proper attention. My experience says gradual growth in links gives long term advantage but most of the companies make fake promises only just to get 50% advance and which would be very much when the order would be of 200 or 2000 links per month.

Now how to take on link research and implementation process. As soon as we get order from any client we identify the resource(Linking Expert) and assign him campaign with guidelines. The linking expert has to follow below mentioned guidelines, the guidelines based on assuming 100 links work order
- He has to make around 100 applications per project/ per day.
- He has to prepare daily report with email address that he sent for link request
- He has to devote 8 hours per day on the project
- He has to forward all reply mails to the client manager and discuss with him before sending reply
- He has to tell client manager which specific keyword he has chosen for particular days link searching and application, with a single keyword we can search around 30,000 links using yahoo site explorer first.
- He has to make sure that he is getting links in a ratio defined above.
- He has to track the emails every next day in order to see where to send follow-up mails.
The Process:
We take help of all major search engines for searching links. We start first with yahoo site explorer. The yahoo site explorer link research process is given below, I am sure you will find it unique,
- Take a keyword from the keywords list provided by client
- Perform a Google search for that keyword
- Take note of the top ranking sites. Start at #1 and work your way down
- Take the URLs from the Google rankings and feed each into Yahoo! Site Explorer (siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com)
- After entering the URL you will view a page. Click on "Inlinks"
- After choosing "Inlinks" select the dropdown shown below and select "Except from this domain".
- You should now have a listing of web pages that link to the URL you provided from the Google rankings that exclude internal links. Yahoo! Site Explorer will typically show you a maximum of 1,000 back links.
- Make a request in the found sites.
Similarly take #2 site and perform same operation. This way you will be able to get many good sites to apply for a link. We do backlink search in other Search engine Google and MSN as well. I am very much sure and experienced that this way will ensure you 100% guaranteed results!
