XML FeedsGet A Free Computer Support Phone Call - eventvwr

If you get a call from someone that wants to help you fix your computer and run a program called "eventvwr", it may be the following scam:

They just called me and didn't realize that I trust no one and especially someone that wants me to type things in for them. It would be quicker if I just put a gun to my head...
If you are on the federal Do-Not-Call list, then report the call to the FTC.

Since I put my number and my parents' number on the Do Not Call list we haven't been bothered...as much. Every once in a while we get a call, but we just threaten to report them and that scares them off the phone pretty quickly.
